Your property
The whole house is yours: two master suites, a kids’ room, an upstairs flex room, 4.5 baths, and indoor-outdoor living around the pool. Master 1 has a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private ocean-view balcony. Master 2 has a king bed plus a twin bunk, ensuite bath, and ocean views, so one family can take each suite. The third bedroom has full-size bunks. The flex room has a queen murphy; we can add a king from the garage if you need it. Sleeps 10 as set up, 12 with that extra king. Days run around the pool terrace: jungle and ocean views, lounge chairs, and living/kitchen that open to the water. Down the lawn is a grass yard and a fire pit. The 2-car garage has a sauna and parking for two cars. This is a hillside house on more than one level, so there are stairs. This 1.5 acre property borders a monkey reserve so it's common to see family's monkeys in our trees along with dozens birds.

Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves: living spaces, kitchen, all bedrooms and baths, the pool terrace, grass yard, fire pit, outdoor shower, 2-car garage, and sauna. Parking for two cars on the gated drive. No shared spaces with the host or other guests.

We won’t be on the property during your stay. Message us here anytime and we’ll get back quickly with check-in help, local tips (Garza vs Guiones, beaches, restaurants, stores), and anything you need with the house. If something comes up, we’ll sort it.

Other details to note
This is a hillside home on more than one level, so there are stairs. Garza is quiet; Guiones is about 12 minutes when you want surf, restaurants, and shops. We can arrange extra services for a fee, booked in advance: daily or mid-stay cleaning, a private chef, grocery shopping and fridge stocking, airport transfers, a driver, in-home massage or yoga, surf lessons, and tours. Message us with dates and group size and we’ll send options. Need the extra king in the flex room? Tell us before arrival and we’ll set it up (sleeps 12 instead of 10). The house has solar with battery backup, treated water, and high-speed wifi. Parking for two cars on the gated drive.
