Relax and recharge surrounded by lush jungle and modern comforts. Watch howler monkeys play in the treetops while you lounge by the saltwater pool with a swim-up bar and outdoor kitchen. The large teak deck is perfect for yoga, sunbathing, or family gatherings, and you’ll also find two outdoor showers and a surfboard rack ready for your next beach adventure. Inside, the bright open-concept layout features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, inviting living areas, and an indoor garden that brings nature indoors. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, and the home offers high-speed internet throughout.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet residential road in Blue Garza, you’ll have easy access to both South Guiones — famous for world-class surfing — and beautiful Playa Garza, known for sport fishing and its laid-back charm.
Just a 4-minute walk to Garza Beach, where you’ll find local restaurants and calm waters for swimming or relaxing.
Your private jungle oasis is just a 10-minute drive from central Guiones and a short 300-meter walk to Garza Beach. The area is peaceful yet close enough to enjoy Nosara’s best restaurants, surf breaks, and wellness studios.

This property had everything we needed to truly enjoy our stay in Nosara. The house was modern, spacious and well-maintained. Plenty of bedrooms for our family of 5, a very cool layout, and was well-stocked with needed essentials. The outdoor space is wonderful with a great pool, lush plant-life all around, a grill and lots of space to sit and enjoy. Short walk to a beautiful beach, a slightly longer walk to another beautiful beach, and an adorable cafe and good restaurant also within walking distance. We also had a troop of monkeys make their way through the trees right in the backyard as we were sitting and enjoying the outdoors - we got to watch them frolic and feed. Great communication with the host and easy check-in. Would highly recommend this property!

This property is a great find! We were pleasantly surprised about how modern and spacious the home was with every amenity covered. It was extremely clean and the location was as advertised. We had a great trip and wound up spending more time at the house than we had planned because it was so nice and accommodating. If traveling with a large group I would definitley recommend this Garza Home.
