About this house rental
Welcome to your NEW LUXURY 4 bed, 4.5 bath Upper-Level home. This newly built Modern Farmhouse style house is a perfect getaway for a family looking to enjoy a vacation next to the beach and bay. Our home is a 1 minute's walk across the street to the Oceanfront & Boardwalk on 9th St.
Our rental home includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), Smart TVs, 2 outdoor patios, an oversized rooftop deck, a Ping Pong table, Board Games, Gas BBQ, in-home Washer & Dryer, on-site Parking, and much more! Our home is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 2 Unit Building (Duplex Property). Guests with mobility issues, we also offer a 1BR/2BA home located on the ground level.

**Our homes King Sized Beds are (2) twin XL beds joined together to form a full-size king bed, with independent electronic adjustment for each side. This setup provides both the flexibility of personalized comfort and the spaciousness of a standard king.
HOME LOCATION:
This property is located in Balboa between 9th & 10th St. Perfectly situated between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, and boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

The home features a full staircase. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

The only issue we had was checking in on short notice and the extra details that required. The house itself was amazing and in a great location. Would not hesitate to stay here again, I would just make sure to book in advance.
