The location halfway between two Newport piers made beach days great. All of the house provided beach accessories were great.
Little things like poorly secured toilet seats, unstable bund bed ladder and leaking toilet bowl and alarm system that had to be addressed twice, bikes that desperately need maintenance (fenders rubbing wheels for example)
