About this house rental
Nantucket style luxury on the sand! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, all on the first floor opens right on the boardwalk and sand. Newly constructed in 2015 with Gourmet kitchen, and Great room that opens to a giant 600+ sf patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and kitchen and give the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. One covered carport parking space. On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the beautiful Marina Park right on the harbor. three bedrooms with king beds, and one with 4 bunks. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all kitchen cooking and serving supplies included. Wifi, cable, and TV, exterior security cameras. The place needed to be cleaned better. I went to charge my phone and pulled back the bed side table and behind it there was someone’s nasal spray bottle, a HUGE wad of hair, and used tissues. It was disgusting. I went to use the scissors in the kitchen and there was tons of pieces of broccoli all over it and in the kitchen drawer. The towels to use after a shower were the cheap paper thin ones and were scratchy. There was clothes under one of the other beds as well. Get new house cleaners who do their job, some new towels and bedding and ruts would’ve been a 5 star review. The location is fantastic!!
