About this house rental
Nantucket style luxury on the sand! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, all on the first floor opens right on the boardwalk and sand. Newly constructed in 2015 with Gourmet kitchen, and Great room that opens to a giant 600+ sf patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and kitchen and give the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. One covered carport parking space. On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the beautiful Marina Park right on the harbor. three bedrooms with king beds, and one with 4 bunks. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all kitchen cooking and serving supplies included. Wifi, cable, and TV, exterior security cameras. 2nd stay here. Beautiful house, beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Hot water never an issue, even when 3 showers going at once. Everything you need for the beach and the host is very responsive. We will be back!

We loved our stay here in Newport at this beautiful home. The house was clean, modern and roomy for our families that stared this home together. There were many kids toys, boogie boards, and other beach supplies provided. The linens were clean, the towels were fresh and the view was perfect! We enjoyed the well fenced patio (as we had some children). We had quite a few bikes and were able to spread them apart from where we’re hanging out on the patio. This unit has another attached unit also. I was slightly concerned on how that would be, but I hardly knew they were there due to the orientation of the house (along with the long patios that were divided by gates).The distance was nice in between Newport and Balboa. We could walk or ride to either! Our families would definitely stay here again!

You cannot beat the location of this property! We loved being able to enjoy the ocean view and walks to restaurants and bars. The living area is very open and was accommodating for our large group. While the showers seem to have been updated recently, the bathrooms need some help. There are tiny mirrors and terrible lighting in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. With 10 of us getting ready, we had to fight for the 1 bathroom with decent light. The bedrooms could also use mirrors to alleviate some of this issue as well.
We also had an issue with check-in. We did not receive our instructions/lock box code and could not get a hold of the host the day of arrival. Once I contacted VRBO, they were able to connect me with her and she was very helpful from that point forward.
