About this house rental
Come to relax at this stylish, centrally located space. This is the entire side of a duplex. It has its own front and back entrances, privacy fenced backyard, attached garage and driveway space. There are no shared spaces with the adjacent unit; although you could book both sides (Separate listing called "Seeing Double" includes both sides of the duplex).

This home sits in the perfect hybrid of a beautiful, mid century modern neighborhood, meticulously maintained and safe---and the busier areas of town that will put you in the center of the best attractions in Loveland.
A few blocks from 3 different golf courses, including a par 3 teaching course of children. It is directly across the street from Benson Sculpture Garden and Park. Another short walk to North Lake Park with food trucks and live music on Wednesday nights. Down the street from Lake Loveland. 10 minute drive to Boyd Lake State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. 15 minutes to Budweiser Event Center.

The house was updated, super clean and just a nice place to stay. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in Loveland. We will be back. Location was great, place was quiet and comfortable!

A perfect place to unwind. Quiet and relaxing. Easy to get around, with a lot less traffic.
