You are just walking distance to beautiful Lake Loveland and iconic Benson Sculpture Park.
Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park is only a 40 minute drive up the stunning Big Thompson Canyon.
Head 5 miles east to I25 corridor for a jaunt north to Cheyenne or south to Denver.
In the summer go boating on Boyd Lake, Carter Lake or Horsetooth Reservoir, all within a 20 minute drive or less. Or walk to the swim beach on Lake Loveland.
Skiing is just over an hour away at Eldora Ski Area in Nederland. Take the Peak to Peak highway for a more scenic drive! Continue on to Blackhawk/Central City for some fun at the casinos!

Internet, local broadcasting and free Netflix available on the 50” smart tv. Lots of throw blankets and pillows to cozy up on the leather couches. Warm lighting for ambience creates the perfect space for winding down. Yoga mats and dvds provided for your daily rituals.

All beds have memory foam toppers, windows have blackout curtains, and bamboo rack in closet for luggage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create your culinary masterpieces. Many herbs and pantry staples are provided. Throw together a meal to cook while you explore the area with a large crockpot, blend your healthy smoothie or frozen margarita’s in the blender. Granite cookware makes for healthier non stick cooking with no toxic breakdown of cooking surface. Grill right off the kitchen on the patio on the Weber gas grill.
Seating for 6 at the bar top dining table is cozy and open to the livingroom.
Complimentary coffee and condiments for a single cup or full pot Keurig…we’re conscious of waste so a reusable Keurig filter is provided.
Great LG Washer and Dryer with laundry products available if needed.
A pack and play, highchair and toys are also available for those traveling with little ones. We love our poochies so we’re happy to provide a fully fenced yard and ergonomic dog feeder for Your poochies!

The house was in good shape. Enjoyed the yard. Neighbor to the left was out with their dogs and visited briefly. Owner texted about three to four days before we arrived with check in instructions. She also checked on our visit a couple of times. Lije being able to use tge signal car garage. Beds were better then expected only issue for us was height for my mom she is shorter, it was hard for her to get up in the bed. The dishwasher had suds coming out from bottom of the door with one clening tablet. Mopped up and wiped down the suds had no issues after that. Notified owner and she said she was going to replace the dishwasher. The other thing that took us by surprise was the doorbell camera and the single camera on the front eve and back eve. I don't know know VRBO rules/suggestions for cameras if any. I don't know if the worked but would have liked to not been surprised by them. I understand why for security and safety, but just tell me. We had a little issue finding the address in the dark. We arrived after 9pm and wasn't sure if we were at the correct address with a dark street. After trying the garage door code and it not going up I thought maybe I was at the wrong house. Finally found the address after turning around and coming in from the other direction. Its on the house in a dark color in about the middle of house on the front, on a piece of wood to left of driveway, and maybe another spot.

We were in town for a CSU graduation and we absolutely loved being in this cozy comfortable home. It was only 20 minutes to campus and we also spent a day at Rocky Mountain national Park. It has a large grocery store. We cooked most of the meals at the house and had everything we needed. Lots of extra blankets were included, which was nice. I also loved the fan because I get hot flashes at night so that was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here when our house was finishing construction and our previous home sold. Everything was as described and Ronda (the owner) was easy to work with. Home is well located and provides a comfortable stay.
