As you step into this delightful residence, you are immediately greeted by a sense of tranquility and charm. The living area has plenty of seating for every guest. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking & dining essentials and lovely views over the picturesque shared garden.
The three bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a long day. The master bedroom has a super king bed, the second bedroom has a king and the third is a single bedroom.
The natural colour palette continues in these spaces, promote relaxation and a restful sleep.
One of the highlights of this property is the exceptional shared garden. Step outside and into a vast expanse of lush greenery.
The grass tennis court takes centre stage, inviting residents to indulge in friendly matches or hone their skills.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire flat as well as the shared garden space, which has a grass tennis court, a kids' play area, and park benches. In the flat there will be tennis and table tennis equipment for guest use.

The home is close to the Hollywood Arms, a great place for an end-of-night drink.
Mali Vegan Thai is down the road, serving vegan food.
Megan's King's Road is a mediterranean restaurant open until 11PM.
Outdoor Areas:
Brompton Cemetery is right across the road, and has many famous people buried there.
Battersea Park is just across the river, and Hyde Park is North of the home.
Attractions:
Battersea Power Station is across the river.
The Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the Natural History Museum are all less than 30 minutes away.
Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, and Hyde Park are less than 30 minutes away.
Getting Around:
Earl's Court Station: Underground (District and Piccadilly Lines). It is a 10 minute walk from the house.
Being on the Piccadilly Line you are just 40 minutes direct from Heathrow Airport, making getting there easier than ever!
Other Things to Note:
Please note the house is currently on the market, there may be viewing(s) during your stay. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum and any viewings will be done at a convenient time and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will compensate £50 for each viewing.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

Lovely location with nice front window view of St Cuthbert Church and park to the rear. Easy walk to Tube, pubs and all of Kensington’s attractions. Hope to return!
