The location was great for our function and the apartment was lovely and clean. The host was very approachable and happy to answer any queries.
Knowing ahead of time about a security deposit. It was absolutely fine but would have been helpful to be aware of this prior to booking.

Location was good
hassled by property owner all day off numerous different numbers requesting arrival time. Smelt of damp and was far from luxurious. Took £300 deposit on arrival and attempted to charge for damage that wasn’t caused by ourselves. Wanted to charge for handyman to put clip back onto towel rail. I feel this is a trick that they must try on numerous people. Accused of being drunk by property owner as there was beer bottles in bin. (6 bottles between 5 people) Very rude and aggressive to deal with
