10 minutes walk to ocean, 1 block from Lochside Trail and conveniently located on main bus route. Minutes drive to shopping and family oriented fun. 13 min drive to Victoria International Airport, and just 5 min drive to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.
Well appointed bright & clean 2 Bedroom guest suite includes new twin mattresses & bunk bed, new queen mattress and queen pull out.
The space
The space is clean and bright with new flooring and paint to create a very calm relaxed feeling throughout. Master bedroom has new queen mattress, the second smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with new twin mattresses. A fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, stove, oven, Keurig, fridge, freezer etc.
The guest suite offers a semi-private patio with retractable privacy screen (shown in photo) and new Webber bbq & grilling essentials.
There is a sunny fenced in yard with games (bocce, badminton, volley ball). Perfect for a weekend or longer term stay!

Corrie was superb! We asked for rice cooker and some more pots and she was quick to bring in requested stuff, didn't even take 5min. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place is close to Sidney by the Sea and pier which we love hanging out to. Highly recommended and we would love coming back!

My wife and I enjoyed the time at the "bright and beautiful" suite. It's a quiet place to be, the neighborhood is quiet. We both felt the space is clean and attractive and was user friendly.We enjoyed a local restaurant and a day of activity in Victoria. I recommend this property and would stay here again.
