Welcome to Sweet Living Guest Suite!

10 minutes walk to ocean, 1 block from Lochside Trail and conveniently located on main bus route. Minutes drive to shopping and family oriented fun. 13 min drive to Victoria International Airport, and just 5 min drive to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

Well appointed bright & clean 2 Bedroom guest suite includes new twin mattresses & bunk bed, new queen mattress and queen pull out.
The space
The space is clean and bright with new flooring and paint to create a very calm relaxed feeling throughout. Master bedroom has new queen mattress, the second smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with new twin mattresses. A fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, stove, oven, Keurig, fridge, freezer etc.
The guest suite offers a semi-private patio with retractable privacy screen (shown in photo) and new Webber bbq & grilling essentials.
There is a sunny fenced in yard with games (bocce, badminton, volley ball). Perfect for a weekend or longer term stay!

My wife and I enjoyed the time at the "bright and beautiful" suite. It's a quiet place to be, the neighborhood is quiet. We both felt the space is clean and attractive and was user friendly.We enjoyed a local restaurant and a day of activity in Victoria. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

We stayed at Corrie’s suite for 4 nights while doing daily fishing trips out of Van Isle Marina, which is about a mile away. The suite is well located in a residential neighbourhood and is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very reasonably priced and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is well kept, tastefully designed and well stocked with everything that you could ask for. The patio is lovely and the location of this property is amazing. We enjoyed the popcorn with a movie night as well here. Do visit the Sidney pier (5 min) to catch a beautiful views and moses point (10min) for a mean sunset.

The property is centrally located and clean. The host let us check in a few minutes early without any fuss and we fully enjoyed our time on Vancouver Island.

We are three friends who wanted an extra day in Sidney after a gulf island hopping bike trip. The place is large enough to spread out. The sofa bed was super comfy for one of us, the other two each took a bedroom. Nice towels and linens. Kitchen was larger than expected and well stocked with all that we needed. Easy walk to either Sidney city center or to the Seaglass cafe to the north. Two blocks to the 72 bus into Victoria and convenient to the airport. Corrie was very responsive to all questions. Overall it was a pleasurable and relaxing stay.

This suite has lovely little touches throughout! It’s clean and comfortable, plenty of outlets in the bedrooms, soft towels, cozy decor and kids dishes — to name a few. Easy to access the property, and you’re left on your own! My little family of 4 enjoyed a short stay. Be sure to check out the Sidney Street Market on Thursdays in the summer if you’re there then!

So nice to have 2 bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and a lovely living room to relax rather than being crowded in a hotel room. We could not have found a nicer place or more pleasant hosts. We had a couple of minor problems that were immediately dealt with. The property itself was in a residential area that was quiet and calming after a long day of travelling around the Victoria area.
