About this house rental

Welcome to our oceanside home, perfect for extended families or multi-family getaways! Connected but separate living spaces offers the ideal blend of togetherness and privacy.

This listing is for the whole house which we have rented out in the summer months for the past 6 years. We have just changed property managers, so this is a new listing. • Downstairs: Connected 2-bedroom suite with panoramic ocean views and outdoor seating
• Modern, casual West Coast vibe throughout
• Renovated bathrooms with heated floors
• Gas fireplaces up and down
• Beach toys provided; bring or rent bikes, SUPs, or kayaks

Notes:
- For stays longer than 14 days we require a mid stay clean (with a reduced cleaning fee)
- Outdoor garden and lawn maintenance may occur during your stay
- Indoor plants will be watered on Thursdays by our Property Manager
- Beach access is down 4 stairs and you may need to step over a few logs
- The house does not have cable TV but you can use our streaming services or stream
your own services wirelessly to AppleTV
- The house does not have a telephone
- There is a doorbell camera that is motion activated
