About this house rental

POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This Classic Saltbox Cape sits back in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Katama.

The first floor features a modern layout with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has sofa and chair seating with large screen TV. The connecting Dining Area is framed by a sliding glass door that opens out to the back patio for outdoor dining. The Gourmet Kitchen is nicely equipped for vacation entertaining with stainless appliances and farmer's sink.

There is a first-floor Bedroom and full Bath, and the other two Bedrooms are upstairs and share a full Bath. The entire house has recently been repainted and there is new landscaping outside. Outdoor living centers around a stone patio with outdoor seating, and a large, grassy backyard. The house is near the bike path, the Farm Institute, and Katama Kitchen. South Beach is about a mile and a half away.
