The location was perfect, 5 minutes to Norton point 10 minutes to town - loved that our dogs were welcome! I wish the living space was a bit larger with better seating, but overall it was a great spot!

The house needs was fine but the pool was a surprisingly so peaceful because you are among the trees listening to nature on a very nice deck. It's a nice home but it could use some more deep cleaning and updates. My family had a wonderful vacation and the location was perfect. Thank you

This is our ninth year visiting the Vineyard and our 2nd year staying at Marsha & Alan's home. My 12 year twins love the home, having their own room and of course the swim spa. We thoroughly love the location and the proximity it offers to various areas of the island. We leveraged the biking trails as well as exploring the neighborhood on walks. The neighborhood is quiet to enable you to recharge and their home has all amenities to make it a stress free vacation. Marsha & Alan as well as all other members of their staff are very responsive, helpful and very welcoming. If you are looking for a home away from home to enjoy your vacation, this is the spot!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house.
There were some issues that, if resolved, would have made the stay better.
These ranged from minor issues such as only providing decaffeinated coffee and some Jets not working in the hot tub to the biggest problem of dealing with ants in the kitchen.
But overall, we enjoyed our stay.
