Come enjoy a bright, spacious house in Katama. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king bedrooms with their own bathrooms, it’s a great setup for two families or a group of friends.
The house has an open feel, with a big eat-in kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to settle in. There are several comfortable spaces to play games, watch TV, or just relax, and the finished basement has a home theater that’s perfect for movie nights.
Outside, there’s a huge yard with space to run around, play lawn games, or read a book in the hammock. The deck has plenty of seating and a gas grill, making it easy to have dinner outside. The enclosed outdoor shower is a favorite after a day at the beach.
You’re about a mile from both South Beach and Edgartown Village, so you can easily spend the day at the beach and still walk or bike into town for dinner, ice cream, or a little shopping.

We are a family of four (two kinds under 4) and had in-laws join during the trip and our stay couldn't have been more perfect. The set-up is exactly as described and was absolutely perfect for us. The home is stocked for whatever you'll need for a long holiday. Communication with George was quick and easy. Location is perfect. Highly recommend to any vineyard vacationer.

The house was fantastic and even larger than we imagined! We love the location and it had everything we could need. Tons of books, beach chairs and games! Loads of space, especially for the two who had to work remotely. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

This beautiful property is a short drive/ walk to the beach, very close to the airfield/ Katama kitchen (perfect for kids) with a huge backyard and exceptionally organized for a stay that everyone in your family will enjoy. Lots of perks to the house - two master bedrooms especially helpful if traveling with extended family/ older folks who have trouble with stairs.
