Very nice studio 25m2 on the first floor.
All comforts: Air conditioning (reversible heating), Wifi (fiber and Chromecast TV), washing machine, dishwasher, small appliances, adjustable wall-mounted TV.
Bathroom with bath and toilet.
Sleeps 6 but more practical for 4 or 5 people given its surface area.
Magnificent view of the Orb/sea and beyond to the protected natural site.
Very well oriented, not overlooked, quiet one-way street, close to all amenities (5 minutes walk to the beach and center)
Closed private parking and numbered space.
Quiet area but 2 steps from all the summer activities (concerts, markets, funfair...)
Free shuttles and buses 2 steps away to easily reach Béziers for example (train station, airport)
New in 2025: Fibre has arrived (very high-speed internet)!
-> For your greatest comfort, we have equipped the apartment with a private box, you will be at home (but with the sea 2 steps away ;-) and it will be more pleasant, especially for long stays or teleworking. A Chromecast installed on the TV will also allow you to view your cast content directly on the big screen.
