Apartment T4 of 75 m² air-conditioned on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator. Large terrace of 13m2 facing south-west with a large table (8 chairs). Living room, corner sofa, table for 8 people, bar cabinet, TV 107 cm. This rental is reserved for families, but groups of young people are excluded.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer. Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and large wardrobe, plus a bedroom with 4 single beds of 90 cm and wardrobe. Bathroom with large walk-in shower (160x90), double sinks. The Languedoc Roussillon region will delight you with its multiple landscapes Valras-plage charming little typical fishing village, located 9km from the Canal du Midi. Bike rental nearby. Beautiful walks along the coast between the two rivers: the Aude (Vendres Plage) and the Orb (Valras Plage) jet-ski, sailboat, offshore and big game fishing rentals, its restaurants, shops, markets, Casino Games, discotheques and fairs will liven up your holidays, beach volleyball.
