Sehr gute Lage, aber kein unmittelbarer Meerblick durch weit ausladenden Baum. Das Foto vom Meerblick vom Balkon stimmt nicht (mehr?). Eine Penthauswohnung im 1. Stock (?) ist falsch. Mobiliar und Ausstattung mittelmäßig für den Preis, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 2. Schlafzimmer mit 3. Bett über dem Doppelbett unmöglich und nicht zumutbar. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Ansonsten ruhiges Apartmenthaus mit Apartmenthaus gegenüber.
