Studios livable year-round (PVC joinery, electric shutters, insulation, heating ...).
3 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the port and the center of shops.

- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils ...),
- Numerous storage,
- Shower room with WC,
- 1 convertible (BZ 140),
- 1 bed 140 on mezzanine n ° 1,
- 2 beds 90 on mezzanine n ° 2,
- Board and iron,
- 82cm flat screen TV.
Cleaning is to be done by the tenant before departure, no cleaning fee included in the price.
A check of 500 € deposit will be given when you arrive in the studio. This check will not be cashed and will be returned upon departure if no damage is found.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli.
Le studio est très bien agence pour 6 personnes.
Les commerces sont aux pied du studio et la plage à 2 min.
Un régal.
On pose la voiture et on ne la reprend qu'à la fin du séjour.

Emplacement pratique plage à pied/centre resto.
Accueil sympathique.
L’appartement est convenable ( reste petit pour 6 adultes). En plein été Les chambres en mezzanine peuvent gênées.. (chaleur)
bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
