- Rooftop: 5 am to 5 pm (The rooftop may be occasionally closed for scheduled repairs and maintenance)

Other things to note
The building is very safe with 24-hour security. However, it is located in metro Philadelphia, which is an urban city, and there will be times when the streets are noisy and people with quality of life issues.
Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.
Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
**Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.**
Kindly understand if the key/keyfob is lost during your stay then there will be a $50 replacement fee.
The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.
For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.
We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.

I rented the Serene Manor for two weeks with friends during a local Philly stay that had me searching for the perfect place. Suffice to say I found it. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas were all clean, comfortable, and accessible. We had ample linens for the beds, towels for the bath, and the ability to use the in-unit modern landry machines was key in this long stay. The property afforded us the ability to park securely in the adjacent lot, drive up to unload and load luggage, and the Libertee Grounds restaurant on the ground level outside was amazing. I raised a minor mainenance need for one of the bedrooms which was quickly addressed by facility staff. The W. Girard Ave. location was convenient and easy to get to. Even amid the busy city atmosphere we slept comfortably and securely. Communication with our hosts was excellent and response was nearly immediate. We had a very good experience at this property and would stay here again.
