Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress
The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.
To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:
***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.
***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.
***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.
***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 18th floor and facing North, Fantasy! is a Jr sized 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Fantasy! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).
Our newly renovated 2-bedroom Jr two bedroom condo Fantasy! truly shines. Upon entry, your attention will be drawn to the second interior bedroom on the left. Thoughtfully designed, this room boasts a sliding door and provides a queen-sized bed, a 50” Roku streaming TV with Netflix, Sling, and entertainment choices. Adding to the convenience, there's a washer/dryer combo, sparing you from lugging any dirty laundry back home. While lacking windows, this bedroom serves as a haven for late risers.
Right across from this bedroom, is the second full bathroom. Although it's compact in size, it features a walk-in shower and all the essential amenities you might need.
Continuing through, you'll come across the fully equipped kitchen on the left, a haven for unleashing your culinary talents. With a Publix grocery store located 1/2 block away, cooking while on vacation is a breeze. Moreover, there's seating for two at the kitchen counter island, offering a cozy dining experience.
The open concept design leads into the dining area, providing seating for four. Right next to the dining area, you'll find the living space, adorned with a velvet sofa that invites you to unwind. Thanks to the 65" Roku streaming TV, you can relish in all the movies and shows you thought you'd left behind. It might be a challenge to divert your attention from the views of Margaret Pace Park and the water views of Biscayne Bay. Luckily, you can step out onto your furnished private balcony. Equipped with a dining table for four and a lounge chair, this space offers you the perfect spot to soak up the Miami sunshine.
Step into the master bedroom, where a lavish king-sized bed welcomes you promising comfort after your day's adventures. A 55" Roku streaming TV beckons from across the room, while the balcony offers fresh air and vistas. Plus, a walk-in closet caters to your storage needs, ensuring your luggage and Miami mementos find their place. Indulge in the master bathroom, a sanctuary that epitomizes spa-like luxury.
