Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand. Our 2 bedroom Anchors Away! is the ultimate retreat, with everything you could need. Enjoy views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. South Miami Beach is just 3-miles away, you can enjoy the sun and sand of Miami Beach, while still enjoying the energy of downtown Miami. It's the best of both worlds, giving you the best Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

**The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.
To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 27th floor and facing South, Anchors Away! is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific views of the Miami skyline and scenic water views of Biscayne Bay from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, Anchors Away! is the perfect getaway.  Anchors Away! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger), making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

Anchors Away! is a guest favorite and highly sought after due to its immense popularity and limited availability. Although the design differs from our other properties, this luxurious condo boasts features that keep our guests coming back. From the breathtaking views of the Miami skyline, to the impressive 5-jet master walk-in shower, every aspect of this retreat is designed to provide a memorable experience. The spacious living and dining area, with its open concept feel, is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing after exploring Miami's vibrant neighborhoods. It's no wonder why Anchors Away! is such a hit among our guests!

As you enter, you'll notice french doors to your right that lead into the cozy 2nd interior bedroom. This room features a comfortable queen bed and a Roku streaming TV with all your favorite shows, making it a favorite among guests who love to sleep in. Although this bedroom lacks windows, its serene ambiance ensures a peaceful night's rest. Additionally, a second door off the bedroom that leads to the fully equipped 2nd bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combo and a washer/dryer for added convenience. Laundry day has never been easier!

As you step into Anchors Away!, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on your left, complete with everything you need to cook up a storm. Stocking up on essentials is easy with a Publix grocery store just a 1/2 block away. The kitchen also features counter seating, making it perfect for a quick breakfast or a quick snack. The open concept flows seamlessly into the dining area, where floor-to-ceiling mirrors create the illusion of a larger space. The oversized dining table, which seats 6, doubles as a great workspace for those who need to catch up on work while on vacation. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, Anchors Away! has got you covered.

The living room has a Roku streaming TV with all the entertainment you could need. However, with the stunning views of Miami's skyline and Biscayne Bay just outside the sliding glass doors, you may find it challenging to focus on watching TV. Step out onto the well-furnished balcony, which stretches from one end of the dining area to the master bedroom and take in the breathtaking views of the city. Our favorite time to enjoy the balcony is at night when the city lights up, creating a truly magical ambiance. It's no surprise that so many of our guests reach out to us after their first night to express their amazement at the stunning views from the balcony.

As you pass through the living room, you'll find the master bedroom. With large french doors leading into a spacious suite that stretches the entire length of the condo. The Grand is known for its oversized master bedrooms and closets, and this one certainly lives up to the reputation! The incredibly comfortable king-sized bed is perfectly positioned to offer magical views. For entertainment, there’s a Roku streaming TV loaded up with Netflix, Sling, and countless other free TV shows and movie apps. When it comes to storage, the walk-in closet is generously sized, providing ample space for all your belongings. The master bathroom is truly a standout feature of Anchors Away!, the design is impeccable and the massive walk-in shower with over 5 jets will make you feel like you're in a luxurious spa. You'll have to see it to believe it!
