With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of Downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 25th floor and facing East and South, The Queen B! is a 2 bedroom retreat that offers terrific Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline views from its 2 private balconies. With over 1550 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. The Queen B! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger)

As you step into The Queen B!, you'll be instantly captivated by the top-of-the-line upgrades. As you continue past the fully equipped kitchen, to the left reveals the breathtaking view. The wrap-around windows showcase the mesmerizing vistas of the water, pool, and skyline.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves no culinary desire unfulfilled. With top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, cooking becomes a joyous experience. With the added convenience of a washer/dryer, you won’t have bring home dirty laundry. As you prepare meals, you'll enjoy the ambiance of the dining area, which features a floor-to-ceiling mirror, adding a touch of elegance to your dining experience. An added bonus is that Publix grocery store is only a 1/2 block away!

As you step into the living room, you'll be greeted by comfort and entertainment. There is a 65" Roku streaming TV. Although with wrap-around windows showcasing the water, pool, and skyline views, it's hard to take your eyes off the breathtaking scenery. The living room also offers direct access to the balcony, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of Miami. The balcony provides a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air, soak in the stunning views, and capture amazing photos.

The 2nd bedroom suite offers a delightful surprise with its exceptional views of the Miami skyline. The room features a king bed where you can relax and take in the sights. The walk-in closet provides ample storage space for your belongings. A Roku streaming TV is also in the room, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has undergone a complete upgrade, featuring a walk-in shower that adds a touch of luxury to your stay.

As you make your way back to the front entry, you'll come across a half bathroom, which is a valuable addition as many two-bedroom units typically only have two bathrooms. This bathroom adds convenience for you and your guests. Across from the half bathroom, there is a private office space where you can attend to any work or tasks that require your attention.
