Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 32nd floor and facing East, Sunset Hideaway! is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers direct water views of Biscayne Bay and Heart island views from its private balcony. With over 1400 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Sunset Hideaway! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

Sunset Hideaway!is truly top-of-the-line in every way! As soon as you step inside, you'll be impressed by the fully renovated, fully equipped kitchen with its expansive island. With a Publix grocery store located 1/2 block away, preparing meals is a breeze. Additionally, there's a laundry room just off the kitchen, so going home with dirty laundry is simply not an option.

Enjoy the dining area as you catch up on your day, as well as the comfortable living room with cable TV which is the ideal spot to relax after exploring all that Miami has to offer! The living room opens up onto a furnished balcony with gorgeous water views of beautiful Biscayne Bay. From the 32nd floor, you'll incredible views overlooking Venetian Marina, Heart Island, Venetian Isles, the Port of Miami, and so much more! The views are breathtaking, so be sure to snap some photos to commemorate your stay in this gorgeous location.

Just down the hall from the living room is the second bedroom. It features a queen bed, cable TV, and its own access to the balcony, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring Miami. With stunning views of the bay right outside your window, you can lay in bed and gaze out at the breathtaking scenery.

Located across from the second bedroom, you'll find the second full bathroom, a beautifully renovated space designed with modern details and top-of-the-line finishes. Featuring a spacious walk-in shower, this bathroom is both stylish and functional, making it the perfect place to refresh and rejuvenate during your stay.

At the end of the hall, you'll find the master bedroom suite which stretches the entire length of the condo, this suite is truly a sight to behold.
