Lovely area! lots of dining and drinking very near by. Grocery store right underneath and an amazing boulangerie right up the road for breakfast. Easy access and check in/out was very smooth. Bed was very comfortable and shower was lovely and warm. Right next to a metro as well! An over all lovely stay in Paris!

My issues with this unit is that it is located through an alley and that you have to walk up 55 rickety wooden steps to get to the unit. It does have motion detector lighting. I had no issues with the neighborhood. The room does look like the picture. My only issue with the room was that there is no towel bar/hook in the bathroom.
