Rent a Room - Cosy studio

La ubicación a 5 min de la estación de Les Halles desde la cual encuentras tren directo al aeropuerto o a Disney entre otras muchas... tan solo a 15 min andando de Notre Dame , a 20 min del barrio latino . El barrio con mucha vida y sitios para comer , bares para tomar algo y muchas tiendas para comprar recuerdos o ropa tanto nueva como se segunda mano y muy seguro que y complicaciones para andar por la noche . Según otras reseñas anteriores tengo que decir que : - La galeria en la que se encuentra el apartamento es la típica galería parisina , muy segura ya que tiene dos puertas antes de acceder al portal y privado cerrada desde las 19:00 de la tarde y con acceso exclusivo para residentes. - Las escaleras para subir al apartamento si que son estrechas y empinadas pero también es típico parisino - El apartamento en si es pequeño de unos 10m2 + baño pero con todas las comodidades para dormir y preparar un desayuno sencillo no es nuestro caso ya que no cocinamos ni utilizamos la cocina - Sofá cama normal como cualquier otro. Calidad precio muy buena teniendo estás pequeñas cosas en cuenta y que los hotel y apartamentos para estas fechas costaba el doble como mínimo En conclusión sitio bueno ,bonito y barato Y como detalle curioso 10 rollos de papel higiénico no entiendo el motivo pero detalle a tener en cuenta por parte de los caseros .

Es cierto que el portal está en plena reforma pero nada importante para el acceso solo estético NO ES APTO PARA PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA pero si para cualquier persona que pueda subir 3 plantas con una mochila y o maleta

“Cozy” is an understatement. But for sleeping and washing up, the place is great for our needs. We spent plenty of time out and about

location was brilliant! pretty much right in the centre, with good links to the metro to get elsewhere around the city. the price was also good given the location! it was small but had all the facilities necessary for a single person or couple and everything worked just fine. we decided to just keep the sofa bed out for the duration of our stay, which did take up most of the apartment, but for us that didn’t matter. the owners were super duper lovely and friendly too!

the sofa bed itself was a little firm, but kind of expected for a sofa bed - wouldn’t recommend if u suffer from back problems haha! the apartment itself was obviously very small, so that needs to be considered if u decide to stay here - i’d say it’s best for a single person or couple, wouldn’t be any room for any more. there were three very thin sets of stairs to get to the front door (which itself was a bit of a yoga mission to get in to), so wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has any form of mobility trouble. only other thing to note was the location might be quite hard to find to begin with, it’s within a little alleyway of shops, so not immediately noticeable - the landlord would come meet you though, as he did with us!
