Location, location! Wonderful Non smoking Guest home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood located in convenient Pine Island Center! Central to everything Pine Island offers which includes our Preserves, Shopping, Bars and Restaurants. Walk a few yards from our Native Landscaped Backyard and enter Beautiful Phillips Park where you can enjoy its Salt Water Olympic Sized Pool, daily exercise Classes and other amenities including its great Pickelball/Tennis Courts! Leave the Car Parked on our spacious Property your entire stay and use one of our Bikes to cruise Pine Island’s nearby Bike path that spans the Island for 16 miles end to end. The path offers great places to stop, relax, hear music and eat. Or just load up the Kayaks provided and drive a short distance to one of Pine Islands easily accessible Kayak launches. Paddle the picturesque Sound ( famous for its flats fishing) if you desire. The Guest house is located in the back of the property behind the Host’s main house so any assistance needed is always nearby. The property is surrounded by lush native vegetation that weave through the property, this is a must see for nature lovers. A short walking distance from the property to Lee County Emergency Services, Pinewood Trails Preserve, Island Museum, Public Library & a Circle K Gas Station. All accessible within a short walk from the Property. After a full day of exploring Pine Island’s Calusa Indian history or venturing by boat to one of the surrounding Islands and Beaches you can come back to a relaxing setting either inside or out the House which features all new Appliances, Leather Recliners, electric heated fireplace, laptop Work areas in both Bedrooms along with a 65 Inch curved TV with ROKU. Find some time afterwards to observe one of our many species of birds eating from the feeder or soak in the relaxing hot tub. You can complete your European Spa like experience by testing test your will power in our hrefreshing Cold Plunge set at 60-65 degrees! There is also an outdoor BBQ area so you can cook up any fresh catch of the Day. The house is perfect for 1 Adult but can comfortably accommodate 2 if required.
