**PLEASE NOTE - PINE ISLAND WAS THE VICTIM OF SEVERAL MAJOR STORMS AND IS SLOWLY REBUILDING. THERE IS STILL EVIDENCE OF STORMS WITH DEBRIS/VACANT HOMES**
Located in Saint James City, on Old Florida's Pine Island. Home situated on shared canal to launch your fishing boat with ease! With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, along with 1.5 bathrooms equipped with a shower and hair dryer. Guests will have a wonderful stay in this cozy, clean home. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and AC during your terrific vacation. Rent a kayak and travel through mangroves discovering amazing wildlife and maybe a surprise visit from a friendly manatee or dolphin! No boat? No problem! MANY charters or ferrys to take you to nearby islands to crystal white sandy beaches! Go shelling, pack a lunch and relax on Cayo Costa Island or dine at an exquisite restaurant on Captiva or Sanibel Island.
