About this house rental
This is a beautiful fully furnished 2004 Manufactured Home. The home was remodeled and updated in Fall of 2021. In addition to being bright, spacious and airy, the home is located on a deep-water canal with a small electric lift that hold a maximum of 500 pounds boat. The home has a master suite with a walk-in closet, guess room, second bathroom, open concept spacious living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The large open wooden deck has a view of the canal home to many species of fish, manatees, and dolphins. The walk around wood dock has a fish cleaning station where you can catch and clean your fish. The canal is a gateway to the Gulf waters, providing easy access to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and many more locations. You will be minutes away, by boat, to some of the best beaches and fishing spots. Complimentary amenities include a canoe, 2 fishing rods, 2 bicycles for your use AT YOUR OWN RISK. Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years old or over. No parties or events allowed.

The layout of home is perfect for our extended stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the use of the kayak lift which allowed me to put my kayak in/out of water by myself.

We spent a month here and it was absolutely great! The house is super clean and has everything you need for a stay! The people are kind and friendly in the area! Moat definitely a place to book!

The property was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. The place was SPOTLESS. Exceptionally clean and welcoming.
The kitchen is as fully equipped as your own at home. Anything I needed was available to us.
Plenty of spare towels, blankets, pillows, linens in the closets as well as a generous amount of cleaning supplies to get us started.
We enjoyed using the canoe and bikes. The island is well suited for bike riding. Enjoyed seeing manatee in the canal almost everyday. Owner has provided various books and resources to help you learn about the area, both on the island and in the area immediately off the island.
Owner is very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this property and owner.
