Everything. Difficult to find better in estepona for that price. The beach is at 2 min walk, carrefour supermarket at 2 min walk, and access to the highway is very easy

Pikku wc ei vetänyt kunnolla.Puhdistus aineet, sekä pyykinpesuaine puuttui..2:n viikon oleskeluun kaipaisi jonkulaista siivousta sekä lakanoiden/pyyhkeiden vaihtoa.Terassilla kesken jäänyt yläkerran sadevesiputki päättyi alemman kerroksen lattialle,joka aiheutti vesi haittaa joka aamu yläkerran kastelujärjestelmästä johtuen.

This flat is amazing!!!! Spacious, bright, and quiet. The backyard is a rare gem, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely priceless. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing, and the interior is modern and comfortable. The primary bedroom offers plenty of space, while the second bedroom is a bit unusually shaped but totally functional. You can walk straight out to the beach path and it’s just a 5-minute stroll to Estepona’s charming old town. Close to everything, yet peaceful and it was perfect for us. Chantal the host was also very sweet. Also +++ for having a good size washed and dryer.

While the host was great the property manager that was supposed to call me after arrival for further instructions never did call me. Also when we had an issue with the outdoor umbrella that broke due to high winds we tried to reach out to Dori and were totally ignored. We did email Chantal and offered pictures and she was sweet. Also be aware that there is not a full size fridge it’s a mini-fridge.

The views over the ocean were tranquil and peaceful, the property was in easy walking distance to the beach restaurants and bars.

The main bedroom bathroom toilet and shower had a fail smell of sewage which is very unhealthy for anyone to endure, staff Chantal and Dori tried to be helpful with cleaners and plumbers without any solution to make it bearable for my elderly mother and myself. There are parts of estepona that have the same problem in certain areas. The cleaning of the apartment that was added to the bill was not good enough for my standards.
