We will be back!

The apartment is superbly furnished and boasts an amazing location. Everything is within walking distance—the Piazza, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. This is especially convenient if you plan to cook, as the kitchen is beautifully appointed. I was pleased to find, contrary to some other reviews, that the apartment was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a coffee machine, laundry detergent, and bathroom amenities. The management was excellent, providing great communication and swiftly resolving a minor issue with the floor heating temperature.

No elevator! It should be mentioned especially because the stair is cute narrows. My other small critique is that the packaged croissants and cookies, which are a lovely extra for the kitchen, should not be advertised as 'breakfast provided'.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Great location for lots of day trips all around the region!

The property was exactly as advertised. We loved the location, short walk to the train station which is what we were looking for. The apartment had a bedroom and bathroom upstairs which we did not use at all. The bedroom downstairs was very comfortable. The apartment overall was very nice comfortable. Great AC! Close to the town center of Carpi and lots of stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was listed “with breakfast included”, which is somewhat misleading. There were packaged croissants, crackers, cookies, jam, etc on the table in the kitchen. Not exactly what I expect when something says breakfast is included, however technically correct?? Nice coffee shop a block away to get fresh croissants.

Lovely, new apartment with on site parking with kind hosts.

I really like this stay - it was clean, modern, and fully refurbished (heated floors and new bathrooms). There is parking on the property. The hosts were very helpful and Ms. Annie was really engaged and helpful when a blackout caused the pin code (needed to enter the building) to malfunction. Thank you!

I do not have compliants about this stay. I highly recommend it to other travellers. Maybe stocking the kitchen a bit better would have been nice (ie. olive oil, mugs for tea..etc)

There is no lift. Stairs to second floor could be a challenge for some. Only one apartment is “accessible”. Next time we will ask for rooms on first floor or below.

Parcheggio molto comodo, villa molto bella con tutti i comfort. Praticamente in centro a Carpi Accesso tramite codice.

Wohlfühlen Pur!

Die Villa und die Ferienwohnung waren aussergewöhnlich. Das Auto stand sicher auf einem gesicherten Hof. Die Villa und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gross, sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, um sich im Urlaub selber zu verpflegen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem - wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns "sau" wohlgefühlt.

Obwohl alle Fenster absolut dicht waren und noch zusätzlich mit Läden verschlossen werden konnten, hatten wir jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen eine nicht unerhebliche Zahl an Zikaden in der Wohnung. Die meisten schliefen mittlerweile und wir haben alle wieder nach draußen gebracht. Wir können uns nicht erklären wie die Tiere reingekommen sind.

struttura di lusso in posizione fantastica, servizi in linea con il prezzo e prezzo in linea con le aspettative. comunque non sovra-prezzato. Molto superiore alla offerta alberghiera locale.

Precies wat we nodig hadden

Prachtig, statig pand met afgesloten parkeerplaats. Ruim, koel appartement in hartje zomer, schoon (!), rustig en heerlijk ruim. Goed uitgerust en netjes afgewerkt en uitgerust met mooie materialen. Op loopafstand van Carpi en half uurtje van Modena, waar wij voor kwamen. Locatie is dus top en aanzienlijk voordeliger ook dan een verblijf in Modena.

Als er staat inclusief ontbijt, dan verwacht je wel dat er daadwerkelijk ontbijt is. Er lagen voorverpakte croissants en crackers. Mooi dat er iets wordt aangeboden en we hebben er zeker ook van genoten, maar zijn wel zelf alsnog vers brood, zuivel en fruit gaan halen. Alles zit op loopafstand, dus is ook geen probleem.

Para sentirte como en casa en el centro de Carpi

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí y por supuesto, volveremos. El apartamento es perfecto, con todo lo necesario. La cama comodisima. El mobiliario precioso y de diseño. Apartamento muy céntrico en una zona tranquila de Carpi y a 2 minutos caminando de la plaza y calle principal. El parking está muy bien, en el propio edificio. Amenities adecuadas en el baño. Buen desayuno. Buena comunicación con el staff que nos proporcionó todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.

Il luogo centrale, la pulizia eccellente, grande comodo non mancava proprio nulla forse due televisori piccoli nelle camere specie x chi come me dorme poco ma i letti ottimi nonostante i miei tanti viaggi anche all'estero così come villa Benatti non ne avevo mai trovato!!!!

Metterei solo una poltroncina nelle camere da letto o una seggiola

Precioso apartamento en el corazón de Carpi ubicado en una tranquilla calle residencial. Edificio recientemente reformado y con una decoración moderna y muy elegante. Nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Parking en el propio edificio. Todo fue perfecto.

Bello nelle foto... bellissimo nella realtà.

Appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Pulito e profumato, dotato di ogni confort, acqua naturale e frizzante di cortesia e macchinetta del caffè con diverse cialde. Accappatoio a disposizione e asciugamani in numero maggiore rispetto alla classica dotazione. Recentemente ristrutturato, è tutto nuovissimo. Ottima anche la fase di check-in automatizzata. Torneremo senz'altro.

In realtà è tutto perfetto... potrei consigliare uno specchio grande a figura intera.
