Petite Retreat in Kolonaki, Athens

The apartment is ideally located for anyone visiting Athens: just a short walk from Evangelismos metro station, it offers easy access both to the city centre and to the airport. The space is well-suited for two people, relatively new, and equipped with air conditioning... a must in Athens in August! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided: the wifi works perfectly, the kitchen comes with the basics (oil, salt, vinegar, etc.), and a washing machine is available along with detergent (a thoughtful touch that is far from a given!). The bathroom is in very good condition and well-equipped, too. The apartment faces the street and is on the lower ground level, so it may not be the quietest option for light sleepers, though this is fairly typical for central Athens. Mirka was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

A couple of minor suggestions rather than criticisms: the freezer compartment could use some maintenance, and the kitchenware (particularly the pans and cutlery) might benefit from an update. Nothing that affected our stay, but worth noting for future guests. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience that we would recommend!
