Spacious property - proximity to all amenities you need

- Safe and lovely neighbourhood - Responsive hosts - very helpful. We left something at the property and they made effort to deliver it to us, which we really appreciated. - Very spacious property, suitable for large group of guests - Excellent and effective air conditioning - Lots of restaurants, supermarket nearby. There is a lovely brunch spot within 1 min walk - Property with small lift. Property on 2nd floor.

- The cleanliness.. is subpar. During the stay, we have had insect bites (not bed bug), nothing some pharmacy ointment can’t solve. - Two bathroom - be mindful one of them is WC only. As the property can hosts many guests, it’s important to have 2 bathrooms. - Bathroom is very outdated. Mouldy sealant, rotting doors. - The bathroom (shower area) has low ceiling, standing height is suitable for folks with height of 5’7 or 170cm. If you are taller, you would have to bent when you shower. - The door handles are very loose and coming off - We refrained from using the wardrobe. It had a strong smell, but this may be due to personal preference. - Stained mattress (but sheets are clean) - The freezer section is very dirty, but the fridge is spotless. My recommendation is that the property needs a renovation and a deep clean.

The place was unbelievable. Big bedrooms, nice big lounge dinning area. Bathroom was nice and clean and the extra toilet room was a nice suprise . Kitchen was ok. Maybe needs a bit of work. Its a bit old but everything we needed were there. Great place in a very nice location. Right downtown. Everythinh very close.. Host was nice and communication with him was perfect Highly Recommended

Only thing i can think of is the parking problem, but downtown Athens has a problem with parking. There is a parking place close by, tho.

Great position and services

The appartment has a great position, 20 minutes walk to Plaka and 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station with direct access to the airport. It is located in a beautiful area, clean and safe, with a lot of restaurants and coffes shop. It is huge, has comfortable beds, very clean and well mentained. We loved everything here!

Exceptional

Spacious extremely comfortable full size (150 sq meters) apartment in the heart of Kolonaki. Michalis was extremely helpful in every way. I highly recommend this location. We have apartments that have been in our family since the 1960s on Dinokratous and Clemomenous but they've been rented out since the 1990s given that we lov6e state side. In the past we normally stay at one of the local hotels but from now on, as long as it stays at such an economical bargain, the Irodotou Grand apartments are 20 out of 10 star option for my family. If I could give more stars I would.

The central room does not have AC but does have a window. Early October it was quite comfortable. The bed in the large Master room squeaked a bit. This is the room with the angled window, not the balcony. The shower, while large, was a bit cramped. Pro tip stay either to the left or to the right of the spigot to avoid bumping into it and changing the water temperature.

The apartment is very spacious and really great place for a group of travelers. It's located in a very good area from which you can access any place to the downtown of Athens. It has a nice large balcony where you can sit and relax after a long day. The owner is very supportive and gave sound advices. I really appreciative!

The apartment is very spacious and is in the best quarter of central Athens. The mattresses are comfortable. It’s very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The parkings in the quarter (Colonaki) are a bit costly - I paid 58 euro for two nights.

Good place to stay

Very close to the city center and historical heritages. Big room with economical prices. I would recommend passengers to stay here.

The smallest room doesn’t have air conditioner. The room is hot if the local temperature is high. So one of my friend has to sleep in the living room. But the sofa in the living room is very big and comfortable.

The apartment is huge, quiet, clean, in the centre of Kolonaki and close to trendy cafes, shops, public transport and iconic buildings. Great value for money considering the size and location. Michalis was a great host and dropped off an additional desk so the children could do online schooling.

Meget sentral og stor leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Ligger i et koselig område av byen. Kort vei til det meste. Dette var virkelig valuta for pengene. Over all forventning til prisen vi betalte.

Vi likte egentlig alt, men sokkene våre ble kanskje litt møkkete i leiligheten, det ene soverommet uten aircondition ble litt klamt, og ekstrasengen i stuen måtte forbedres med stueputer. Dette er småting. Alt i alt et topp opphold.

un bel appartement qui permet un excellent séjour à Athènes.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Il permet de visiter tout Athènes à pieds. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. L'appartement dispose de deux salons avec canapés et de trois chambres. Il ne manque rien pour y séjourner quelques jours. Il y a une superette à moins de 50 mètres. de très bon restaurants sont possibles à moins de 300 mètres (demander au propriétaire). Il y a une boulangerie qui offre de très bon petits déjeuner (croissants, etc.) en haut et 200 m à gauche de la rue.

la salle de bain est un peu petite et mériterait une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire, mais bon...
