Super belle maison spacieuse et on s’y sent bien

Excelente apto cómodo limpio el exterior por frío no fue usado pero muy bonito. Habitaciones grandes un plus que tengo 2 baños Parking no es cubierto es exterior en hall de entrada Cerca del centro unos 20 min en coche y un Carrefour a 1 km en coche

Los colchones deberían renovarse Son poco cómodos muy blandos y en uno se notan los resortes

Grande maison facile d'accès. 3 chambres, parfait pour cinq. Climatisation (il faisait plus de 40° dehors, à noter qu'il faut laisser la porte des chambres ouverte car c'est un clim centralisée localisée en haut de l'escalier). Facilité pour joindre le propriétaire. Salon avec grande tv et Netflix.

La maison qui paraît nickel sur les photos. Dans les faits une petite rénovation serait plus que bienvenue (cabine de douche trop petite avec portes qui ne ferment pas bien, porte de la salle de bain qu'il faut soulever un peu pour pouvoir la fermer dont la poignée n'est pas bien fixée), finitions à revoir. Un coup de peinture... Le gros bémol concerne le ménage superficiel, j'ai envoyé des photos au propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place. La société de nettoyage a apparemment "expédié" le ménage. Des bouteilles de bière dans le jardin, des mégots dans le cendrier sur la table de la terrasse, de la poussière en bas de l'escalier, des tâches sur le canapé et le fauteuil du salon. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison. C'était suffisant pour une halte sur notre trajet mais nous sommes déçus et cela ne valait pas le supplément de prix par rapport à un hôtel finalement. La maison a du potentiel mais il faut investir un peu en rénovation.

Really can't say anything nice about the place. The oven was ok...nothing kidding!

Where to start. This is what I sent to the owner which he never responded to: Hi David. The accommodation was very disappointing. Not sure if you ever go to the place to inspect it but it is so run down and nothing like the pictures that are posted. I will send you a few pictures and a list of deficiencies that need to be addressed before you can claim that the place looks like the pictures. As you say the cleaners only do a surface clean which is so very obvious as the place needs to be cleaned properly from top to bottom. Here's a list of just some of the issues: half the heater knobs are missing so no heat in lower level. Upper bathroom door doesn't close and the handle falls to pieces. The shower door doesn't close, the shower head won't stay up, no toiletries (usually shampoo and shower gel at least should be included), few of the lights were burnt out, the flooring is rising in certain areas, no door handle on the storage room, stair railing held together by some wood pieces, no clothes rack as advertised, as for the outside area...it was disgusting! All the chairs pads are ruined, ripped, filthy...nobody in their right mind would sit on them, the wooden plank table is a mess, the big picnic table had old food and crap stuck all over so couldn't use that. We tried to clean is as best we could. The bbq looked unusable. There's still a corona beer box next to it. The garden area obviously hasn't been tended to for quite awhile...nothing like the pictures you posted and we were really disappointed that we couldn't use the outdoor space. The awning looks ruined as well. The left side of the patio door doesn't lock. Obviously the pictures are from a long time ago. So disappointing! Look forward to hearing your reply prior to our review.
