Cocoonr agency offers this 100 m² house with a swimming pool, in Toulouse, to rent for up to 7 people.

Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- 17 m² air-conditioned veranda with sofa bed
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board.
Outside area :
- A 3x5 m swimming pool, private, unheated, accessible all year round
- A 270 m² enclosed and private garden, where you can enjoy the sunshine until 4 pm
- A terrace under a pergola with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
