Fantastic location, close to Piazza San Marco but away from the crowds and easy to transfer luggage from alilaguna water taxis. Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water, soap, body wash, toilet rolls and dish washing facilities however we didn’t cook so cannot comment on that. Also washing machine / iron and ironing board available.
Lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and limited power sockets in accessible places, however it is an old building so can understand this. There is a bar beneath the apartment which played loud music however this was turned off at a reasonable hour so wasn’t an issue.

Duży przestronny apartament. Dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki. Jedna łazienka bezpośrednio przy sypialni. druga w korytarzu. Wygodna kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Fantastyczna lokalizacja.
Małą niedogodnością jest to, że apartament znajduje się nad barem. Rano to zaleta bo można zjeść bardzo dobre śniadanie, ale wieczorem bar jest dość głośny i słychać muzykę w apartamencie, nie jest ona jednak bardzo głośna. Bar zamykany jest o północy, w nocy całkowita cisza.

Topp Ausstattung, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt geeignet für zwei Paare oder eine Familie. Super Lage nur 3 Minuten vom Markusplatz, Dogenpalast, Anleger Zaccharia entfernt, an einem kleinen schönen Platz mit netten Lokalen, Bäcker etc.. Die Kommunikation mit Davide (Verwalter) war vorbildlich!

The location to a main water taxi hub was excellent. However, the apartment itself is located directly over a popular bar and the music is very loud very late into the night. If you have younger kids or older family members this may not be the best location. The apartment was clean and very modern with everything you needed.
There was a strong sewer smell in the apartment. After opening several windows to "air out" the apartment and to get rid of the smell, we found the secondary bathroom window opened to a very small courtyard that had a sewer pipe right outside of the window.
