Lignano Natale 😍

Der Host war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich spürbar bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm zu gestalten. Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft bereits aufgeheizt, und bei Rückfragen stand er uns jederzeit zuverlässig zur Verfügung.

Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Einzig in der Beschreibung könnte man ergänzen, dass es sich um einen seitlichen Meerblick handelt statt einfach nur ‚Meerblick‘. Und ein kleiner Tipp für Gäste in der Winterzeit: Unbedingt Hausschuhe oder dicke Socken mitbringen. Auch wenn geheizt wird, bleibt der Boden naturgemäß sehr kalt. ;)

Super Lage, gutes Apartment

Die Größe und Aufteilung des Apartments ist super! 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad und in der Mitte die Wohnküche. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon und kann gut gelüftet werden. Die Küche hatte einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Gasherd + Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Geschirrspüler. Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren auch vorhanden. Der Strand, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem/der Vermieter/in war auch sehr unkompliziert!

Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, teilweise renovierungsbedürftig und die Federkernmatratzen waren leider total unbequem 😥

A klímákhoz nincs távirányító. Az ágy matracok nagyon kényelmetlenek, a szembe lévő bárban reggel 5-ig nagyon hangosan szólt a zene, füldugóval sem lehetett rendesen pihenni. a konektorokhoz átalakító kell, csak egy darab volt az egész szálláson,

großes Appartment dass im Sommer sicher mehreren Leuten viel Spass bereiten wird. Man befindet sich in den zur Verfügung gestellten Überresten eines aufgelassenen früheren Hotels, welches als Anlegerwohnungen zur Verwertung dient. Die Ausstattung ist überreich, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sauber wenn auch einiges der Renovierung wartet

Alles wird, wie heute üblich, anonym über whats app oder Zahlencode vermietet. Oder remote (Türöffner) der nicht immer so richtig funktioniert Der überaus freundliche Gastgeber gleicht das umso mehr mit großem engagement aus Der etwas in die Jahre gekommene innere Zustand des verlassen wirkenden Gebäudes

appartamento bello d'estate, ma d'inverno non molto

- La posizione vicina alla spiaggia (ma è inverno e non ci siamo andati). - L'appartamento è ampio ed è in una piazza con tanti bar, ristoranti, negozi (ma è inverno e sono tutti chiusi) - Le camere ampie con il balcone e i due bagni. - I tre ascensori per salire ai piani (ma due erano fuori servizio). - L'ampio parcheggio compreso nel prezzo dietro alla casa in cui si può parcheggiare una sola auto per appartamento (d'inverno non è stato un problema: eravamo gli unici ospiti dell'intero stabile). - L'host si è dimostrato dimostrato gentile e disponibile nel farci arrivare per le 14:00 anzichè alle 16:00 e avrebbe provveduto a mandarci vari tecnici per risolvere gli inconvenienti che si sono presentati nell'appartamento; si è anche fatto carico della tassa di soggiorno (poco più di 11 euro) per "rimborsarci" di tutti gli inconvenienti riscontrati.

- Le luci delle stanze si accendono solo con i tre telecomandi in dotazione (uno per ogni camera e uno per la sala da pranzo) peccato che siamo stati informati dall'host mezzora prima di arrivare che ne funzionava solo uno. - Uno dei bagni perdeva acqua. L'host ci voleva mandare l'idraulico, ma eravamo lì per pochi giorni per visitare i paesi intorno e non per aspettare l'idraulico; abbiamo preferito mettere un caraffa sotto il lavandino. - Il riscaldamento è fornito unicamente da due spilt con pompa di calore: uno in una camera e l'altro in ingresso; per riscaldare un appartamento grande, quando si è sotto zero, è un po' pochino e comunque, si costringe chi dorme nella camera senza lo split a dormire con la porta aperta per evere un po' di caldo....e addio alla privacy. - Gli split facevano parecchio rumore ma c'era freddo e abbiamo dovuto sopportare il rumore che rendeva difficile dormire. - Le pentole fornite erano sporche e bruciacchiate. L'host ha detto che"la signora delle pulizie si era rifiutata di pulirle" !!! Voleva mandarci di nuovo la signora delle pulizie, ma abbiamo ovviato andando di corsa a un supermercato vicino per comprarne di nuove (che poi ci siamo, ovviamente, riportate a casa). - In cucina c'erano solo 3 cucchiaini da caffè per un appartamento che potrebbe ospitare 8 persone: un po' pochino. Un suggerimento: immagino che, d'estate, l'appartamento sia splendido ma d'inverno.....non tanto.
