We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our Trip. The area was perfect for kids, quite and not so much traffic. The playing area was right in front of the apartment, there us also a swimming pool for kids and it is usually not so full, so overall it's a good way to occupy the kids when you don't feel like going out. The apartment was good overall, there is microwave and you can cook.

There is no coffee machine or water heater, but we heated the water on the oven. The bed was not so comfortable, the mosquitos were also bothersome. We had to buy plug ins to repel them, so be prepared. Overall it was a good stag and we would love to come back again

For low off-season price it is good accomodation, for season price it is definitely inadequate.

Very very basic, a lot of missing thing, no kitchen knifes (just one for bread), no glasses (in Itally you expect wine glasses), you can connect to house wifi, but either there is no internet or speed is almost 0 (cannot load even the very basic web page). second room (bedroom) is in basement and is very wet so there is very loud dehumidifier (the room si more like cellar or furbished garage. Because of lot insects you have to close door/windows for the whole night, mosquito nets should be there.

The apartment had a good size for a family of four. Located close to restaurants and bike rental shops. The swimming pool has good size for swimming. When in the apartment, the balcony was the place that we spent the most time on. Nice place to go with your family to relax.

The downstairs room was dark and humid, even though they have a dehumidifier there. The fact that you have to go to their office to get the keys to the apartment wasn't nice, it's far away if you don't have a car to go and closes at 8 PM. The sofa bed was ok, not too comfortable, nor terrible.

As for the town, I would recommend it, but not the property.

Near to the beach

You have to wait a long time for the keys to be picked up at the Agency, not as it is written at the reception desk. No kettle, no cups, laundry is definitely not there as we couldn't locate it. When it comes to the rooms, only the best ones are shown in the pictures, we got an apartment with a bedroom in the basement, where we heard everything about the neighbors and it is definitely not in the photos. When it comes to checking out, it does write that it is in the hours from 8 am to 9 am but it is not just about leaving the apartment. On the spot, it turned out that in order to recover the deposit, the keys should be returned to the Agency by 9 am or the deposit is forfeited. So if you leave the apartment at exactly 9 am, you will not get a returnable deposit, because you will not have time to return the keys.

La posizione fantastica tranquilla davanti al parco Hemingway, la pulizia, il climatizzatore, il materasso comodissimo, il nostro cane si è trovato benissimo, facile da tenere in ordine, qualità prezzo adeguati.

Poche prese elettriche e nemmeno tutte funzionanti, casa asettica tutta bianca con mobili datati, nessuna tenda, caffettiera rotta e un fornello da accendere con fiammiferi, zanzare ma quello non è colpa del condominio w il clima...

Für ein Wochenende als Familie perfekt.

Da wir nur zwei Nächte waren und nur gefrühstückt haben, kann ich über die Ausstattung der Küche nicht viel sagen. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut und es ist genügend Platz, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man nach wenigen Gehminuten am Strand.

Im zweiten Bad war kein Duschvorhang vorhanden, was bedeutet, dass man immer eine kleine Überschwemmung hat, wenn man sich duscht.

Dobry wybór w korzystnej cenie.

Ośrodek w bardzo sensownych pieniądzach, basen który przynależy do ośrodka czyszczony codziennie, dojazd bezproblemowy, bezpłatny parking zaraz pod naprawdę dużym balkonem, klimatyzacja. Ośrodek ok 10-15 min spacerkiem na plażę, ale chodniki bardzo urokliwe obsadzone pięknymi kwiatami, a spacer nimi to czysta przyjemność. Łóżko w salonie nie wyglądało zbyt wygodnie, ale w rzeczywistości naprawdę spało soe na nim bardzo dobrze. Dzieciaki bardzo zadowolone, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony, duża lodówka. Blisko parking zaraz placem zabaw dla dzieci a w miejscowości inne vardoz ciekawe atrakcje dla dzieci jak wesołe miasteczko, park rozrywki dla dzieci i parking wodny.

Internet mógłby być trochę lepszy i szybszy, a rura odprowadzająca wodę z klimatyzacji jakoś inaczej wymyślona (była puszczona rurką do prysznica, przyczepiona jakimś klejącym silikonem do tego cały czas się odklejała i nie wyglądało to estetycznie). Minusem była niewielka ilość gniazdek w pokoju z aneksem kuchennym.

Der Pool, der kurze Weg in die Stadt, oder auch nach sabiatoro. Die Mitbewohner..sehr freundlich alles hat gepasst. Der schönste Urlaub bis nächstes Jahr, wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen

Das man die Hausnummer nicht gleich gefunden hat . (Ein kleiner A4 plan beim check in müsste helfen ,für neue ) Der Parkplatz war zu eng .

Low Budget szállásnak megfelelő, a medence mindig tiszta volt és használható.

Ár érték arányban kedvező szállás, a fedett parkoló ami benne van az árban és a medence sokat ment a helyzeten.

Klimatizált szállásként foglaltunk, klíma van is csak nem fúj hideget, az alsó szinten semmit nem érezni belőle pedig megállás nélkül maxon ment. A többi apróságtól eltekintve nem rossz ennyi pénzért.

minimal ma funzionale, perfetto per un we ma non per una settimana di vacanza . letti comodi. Bella terrazza .

bagno che puzzava di pipì come essere all’autogril, dopo due doccie l’acqua calda era finita, il muro sopra la doccia scrostato e con muffa, lenzuola e asciugamani assenti, muri di cartongesso siamo stati svegliati più volte di notte dai vicini.

Purtroppo l'accensione del clima non è stata semplice perché il telecomando si era sprogrammato. L'ultimo giorno è saltata la Corrente quindi abbiamo dovuto raccogliere senza luce. Un imprevisto niente di che. 😂

Moltissimo la posizione e la tranquillità

Sarà stata la stagione, metà Maggio ed il tempo piovoso, ma il nostro appartamento aveva la camera nel seminterrato,ed era molto umida, c’è a disposizione un deumidificatore che è sempre acceso, ma la notte attacca ogni 2 minuti facendo un rumore fastidioso, e per mio figlio che ha il sonno leggero si svegliava tutte le volte, quindi ho dovuto staccare la spina

L'appartamento carino non nuovissimo ma tenuto bene e pulito . Difronte il parco con tanti giochi per i bambini . Piscina per piccoli e piscina per grandi . .

I lettini nella piscina sarebbero utilissimi.
