We were quite satisfied. It met our basic needs.

You are right in the middle of the main strip, as the property is located on top of shops. It was a 60 second walk to the supermarket, 15 seconds to a pizza/kebab shop & 2 restaurants and 30 seconds to a bar. Beach is about a 7 - 10 minute walk. Host was great, easy check in and check out.

As we were right in the middle of the main strip, the music from the bar, was quite loud when trying to sleep plus the lighting from both sides was quite bright, so it would be great if another curtain was installed in one of the bedrooms (one room was fine). As there was 5 us sleeping in the property, one was in the lounge room. There were no darken curtains in this room, so it was a tough to sleep. Parking in the blue zone, cost €13 per day and the property is in the blue zone. There are white zones nearby, which is free parking, but you need to be lucky to find a spot close by. I was able to find a spot about 800m, so that it where we left the car more the majority of the time.

Apartmán bol novo zariadený. Bol dobre vybavený spotrebičmi.

Problém bol vlastne len jeden. V blízkosti apartmánu sa nachádza nočný bar, odkiaľ sa rozlieha hluk až do skorých ranných hodín.

positive Seiten: Die Lage ist wirklich top – nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, ein Spar-Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Die Gastgeberin war pünktlich und sehr flexibel beim Auschecken. Das Apartment ist modern und cool eingerichtet, sogar mit einem großen Flatscreen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Doppelbett war bequem, es gab einen großen Kasten mit Kleiderbügeln, einen Wäscheständer, und die Handtücher waren angenehm groß und flauschig. Zusätzlich gab es auch einen Balkon mit einem Tisch.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Paare) in diesem Apartment in Lignano. Leider entsprach die Schlafsituation nicht der Beschreibung: Statt zwei Doppelbetten und einem Schlafsofa gab es ein Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir wurden vorab gefragt, welche Betten vorbereitet werden sollen, und baten darum, die Einzelbetten zusammenzustellen – leider blieb eine große Lücke in der Mitte, und jede Bewegung war sehr laut zu hören. Auch die Grundausstattung war leider nicht wie in der Beschreibung: Es gab nur eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier, keine Seife und keine Duschprodukte, obwohl das laut Beschreibung vorhanden sein sollte. Nach Rückfrage bekamen wir eine zusätzliche Rolle, zwei kleine Seifen und ein Mini-Duschgel/Shampoo – für vier Personen aber ziemlich knapp. Einen Spülschwamm brachte man uns ebenfalls, Müllsäcke oder ein Geschirrtuch fehlten ganz. Da wollte ich aber nicht nochmal extra nachfragen. Ernsthafter war das Problem mit den elektrischen Geräten: Bei Berührung von Herd, Kühlschrank, Ofen oder Klimaanlage bekamen wir spürbare Stromschläge – aus meiner Sicht ein gravierendes Sicherheitsrisiko. Auch die Dusche war nicht in Ordnung – die Bodenabdeckung war gebrochen und damit potenziell verletzungsgefährdend. Zudem war der Fußboden im Apartment nicht besonders sauber.
