No Internet, No Towels, No Bedding, Wrong Photo Information.

The weather

No Towels, no Internet, no Bedding :-( Internet is practically never available :-( I purchased my own local Italian SIM to have Internet. The photo information received was completely wrong and other room was assigned.

Noisy mosquito nest

The apartment is at a perfect location, near the beautiful pine tree park and playground nearby. The pool is also perfect, kitchen is well equipped and the AC was working well. The center of Lignano Pineta is just a 10 minute walk and the beach is cca. 15 min walk (Bagno 5). Also very useful that there is a washing machine downstairs.

The apartment is really not recommended with small kids under 6 years old (school age). Neighbours are very noisy, both the doors, windows and walls are very thin and all the noises are continuous every night until 1AM. The lower level (ground floor) of the apartment has no window blinds so it can not be completely darken and it is dark only between cca. 10PM and 4AM. There are a lot of mosquitos and there is no mosquito net on the terrace window, all of our kids were not only biten but eaten by these annoying little monsters. The agency said it is not in the description so sorry. The ground floor has no door or any kind of separation so it is impossible to sleep down there while others are upstairs. There was also a very strong smell of air freshener downstairs (mostly to cover/hide smoking smell). The wall of the downstair part of the apartment is next to a parking place (not belonging to the same apartment), so while you are trying to sleep at 10PM, other people are leaving by car (starting, door hits, lights, etc.) then coming back at 1AM with the same noises. The parking places should be dedicated to the same apartment, so if I park there with my car where I sleep, this could be avoided. Upstairs the couch should be the bed for 2 adults, but it was broken and even if we asked for repair, the handyman could not repair it and for two weeks, it could be only used as two separate beds, not staying next to each other and sliding away every time. The agency gave us 1 dl of washing up liquid and 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 weeks. As a summary, this apartment is not recommended with small kids and/or for a calm stay with no noises/mosquitos.

Personalul nepăsător

Apartamentul a fost frumos spațios și curat. Accesul la piscina a fost ok

Grupul sanitar foarte vechi lasă de dorit. Boilerul nu este reglat bine apa fierbinte te opărește. La wc curge apa constant și face gălăgie rezervorul de apa . Wi-Fi nu a funcționat am anunțat la agenție dar nu au fost curioși sa rezolve problema.

Koszos volt az apartman, tele állatszőrrel mindenhol: padló, kanapé, lépcső.... A hálószoba az alaksori szinten volt, sötét, levegőtlen, hangos a páraelszívótól.

Brak leżaków na basenie , WiFi - nie działało , dodatkowe koszta za ręczniki i pościel.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v tichej lokalite parku Hemingway. Najbližšia pláž je vzdialená približne 900m. Centrum s obchod

Apartmány sa nachádzali vedľa parku, tak tam nebol dopravný ruch, tichá lokalita. Parkovacie miesto. Bazén pre ubytovaných.

Niektoré parkovacie miesta boli veľmi úzke (parkovacie miesto bolo pridelené na konkrétny apartmán), s väčším autom sa nedalo zaparkovať, ale na ulici pri parku bolo väčšinou dostatok miesta na parkovanie. Slabšie vybavená kuchynka. Uteráky a posteľné prádlo boli poskytnuté za príplatok (12€ uteráky a 12€ posteľné prádlo za každú osobu). Aparmán je mezonetového typu - na poschodie vedie pomerne strmé točité schodisko, čo môže byť problém pre menšie deti, alebo staršie osoby.

Låg centralt. Nära till city och stranden. Man hade allt man behövde under vistelsen. Jättestor park framför huset, perfekt när man är där med barn

Hade önskat en håv vid poolen. Då det inte fanns personal på området som städade poolen under våran vistelse. Låg mycket grenar och blad i poolen. Vilket gjorde att vi endast 2 gånger. Samt att det vore trevligt med någon sort av sittplats vid poolen. Nu fick man sitta på asfalten.

Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ajánlom szép a környezet és gyermekeknek egy hatalmas játszótér.

Volt medence a szálláshoz. Parkolás az udvaron. Klíma . Ár érték nagyon jó.

Az Wifi szörnyű. A háló szoba egy pincében ha valaki rosszul lesz onnan nehéz felhozni. A takarításért plusz 40€ kértek, ezt a költséget tegye bele a foglalási árba.

Camere ok , curate personal foarte amabil , din păcate am prins o zi și o noapte ploie și mi s-a inundat mașina jos în garaj din cauza ploii …. Așa ca nu a fost un sejur minunat …. Dar în rest a fost OK !

Schön war, das der Balkon überdacht war. Der Park vor der Haustür war perfekt. Gute Infrastrucktur!

Galeriezimmer mit sehr enger Stiege (Koffertransport nur sehr schwer möglich). Unteres Zimmer roch sehr modrig und feucht, man konnte kein einziges Fenster mit Aussnahme der Terrassentür öffnen, das ganze hat eher einen alten Wohnblockcharakter! Kein Urlaubsfeeling kommt da auf! Sehr dünne Wände und im allgemeinen sehr laut!
