Avoid. It is a rip off

Apartment was not as advertised there was no sun deck It was run down and parts were broken including constantly rattling aircon, kitchen extractor broken, toilet seat, part of hob did not work, and dishwasher had no tabs so not sure if it worked or not. Staff were uncommunicative and rude, we were only there 2 nights and when we checked out informed them of the problems and they were ignorant and unreceptive; and said we should have told them the night we checked in! Rather than them ensuring the apartment was in good condtion before they rented it! They are useles and greedy. The hotel is in Italy and we spoke to them in Italian and English but they insisted on communicating in writing in German! For €530 for 2 nights a complete ripoff and joke

Superb

Clean and spacious apartment, it comfortably fitted 2 families (4 adults + 3 kids, all under 5). Location is central, beach, swimming pool, restaurants, grocery store, gelateria, etc. are all within walking distance.

Worked for what we needed it to that weekend, but wouldn’t stay again.

Close proximity to where we needed to be. Enjoyed the balcony off the rooms and the full-size fridge.

The bathrooms lacked toilet paper (left half a roll for 4 people for 2 nights), both bedrooms had ants (3rd floor) and the beds felt like cardboard boxes with sheets laid on top of them. The ‘couch’ was a semi-broken futon with springs so old you could feel them when you sat.

Convenient location in Lignano

The property was very conveniently located in Lignano. The staff was very communicative before arriving, answering questions and helping with a later arrival. The apartment was big and had a large shower. Very quiet location and free, private parking.

The beds were not too comfortable and we couldn’t use one because there were ants all over it. We were only left a half of toilet paper for our whole stay and there weren’t any paper towels, etc. Some sugar for the coffee would have also been nice to have had in the apartment for guests.

Nice and recommendable

Two bedroom apartment with nice balcony and many restaurant and grocery possibilities around ( also in end of September). Seaside in walking distance, with nice bakery on the way. Looking forward to come again in summer time to be able to use the swimming pools and sunbeds included. Bonus is the parking in the garage under the building. Very nice stuff with friendly approach.

Fabulous

The apartment was big enough and clean. The beach is not far and there are some places where you can eat good Italian food in the area. Also the main street is not far from it.

There was a smell of chlorine when we first entered the apartment. The Air Conditioner needs some cleaning, at least the place where air enters the device.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr geräumig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Netter Balkon zum draußen verweilen. Passendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Surrendes Geräusch in der Nacht, minimalistischer Küchenzubehör (Besteck, Schneidbrett,...), Boden nicht 100% sauber.

Alte Haustüre mit eine Schlüssel wie im Gefägnis. Die Haustüre sollte saniert werden. Kein Bodenwischer im Appartment, nur besen. Der Lift sollte einmal gewartet werden. Druckknopf geht schwer.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, schöne Terrasse. Geräumige Tiefgarage.

Es war alles gut. Nur Kleinigkeiten: Schlüssel holen an anderer Adresse. Abendsonne scheint Abends unter Beschattung der Terrasse. Küchenmesser sind nicht hochwertig. Couch im Wohnzimmer unbequem. Wolldecke + Betttuch (wie üblich in Italien). Etwas teuer, aber wir haben kurzfristig gebucht - selbst schuld ;-)

Erholsame Ferien in sehr gut eingerichtetem Appartement in Kurzdistanz zum Meer und Einkaufsoptionen

Wir haben bereits mehrere Male in diesen Appartements Ferien gemacht und sind immer wieder begeistert von der Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage der Appartement, Ende Saison ist es auch sehr ruhig. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bäcker, Supermarkt und Zeitschriften sind nur gerade ein paar Minuten entfernt und der Strand ist in 250 m Entfernung problemlos erreichbar. Auch schätzen wir die geschlossene Garage sehr sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus.
