The set up with the garden is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful. They are welcoming and very helpful. Beds are pretty comfortable.
The room was not really clean. And I don't mind basic, but I didn't expect it to be this basic.

Was straightforward to get to, is as pictured. Running water for the shower and no mosquitoes. In this area all the lodges are basic. The grounds are pretty. Bed was sleepable. No fan in my room - i slept in my sleeping bag liner instead of the big warm blanket that was there.
Poor management and organization.
They didn't know I was coming and already paid via booking (i prefer cash but there was no option). If you can make a reservation in person, you'll be paying half the amount listed on the site.
Also food was grotesquely overpriced. There was no menu and my dinner of a chicken, vegetable curry, and rice ended up costing 70k.
For context - the lodge next door i stayed at after my trek my food bill came out to 20k. However my room there cost double, and thats without running water.
