Excellent stay in Portofino at the Elios spacious, clean and lux apartment.

Apartment was clean, modern and spacious for our family of 5, steps away from the center of Portofino. Host was responsive to our needs anytime it was needed.

Clean, great location, high standard inside, air con worked and had everything you needed for a vacation. Also well located away from the main square but only a short walk to get there.

Disappointed - poor customer service

Location is awesome! A short walk from the center of Portofino.

No one met us for check in to get the keys to the apartment. It specifically says on the Booking.com listing of this property that we would be greeted for check in. We were sent three videos on how to find the keys, enter the apartment and find the parking space which is not clearly marked at all. To make it even more confusing there are two different parking garages for this building but there was no mention of this. It was very confusing. What would have taken 15 minutes to check in and park the car if we had been greeted in person took over an hour. They knew from our booking we were two couples , one room had two twin beds which they could have easily put together to make a King size bed. Instead after an 11 hour flight and two hour drive to Portofino we had to re- arrange the furniture to put the twins together. Also the Wi-fi didn't work at all.

Decent, but wish the host was more responsive and give sufficient timely information

The location was great and clean

The host did not include instructions about getting into carport, so we were confused and stranded for nearly an hour in front of the apartment unable to enter. She did not answer her phone until the day after. Internet was not working, fixed only the last few hours of the last night we were there. Host was not responsive or sufficiently informative.

The terrace/patio and the balcony was very nice. I wish the bathtub had a shower curtain so it could be used as a shower but I noticed in Europe inexwashrool has a shower snc the other a bathtub.

Love the location!! Just a couple min walk to the town. Nice and quiet. It was spacious clean and great kitchen for cooking and nice open eating area.

Property is great but the comforter should have a duvet cover on it.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung, große Terrasse, komfortable Küche mit Spülmaschine und Tabs, Kaffee, Tee, Salz, alles vorhanden. 5 min zu Fuß zum Hafen. Sichere Tiefgarage, Empfehlungen und Tips (per whatsapp).

Le stationnement n'était pas très facile pour ma haute voiture mais les responsables m'ont trouver un autre emplacement qui convenait a mon véhicule.
