Geweldige locatie

Er zijn veel ongemakken in het appartement wat verblijf toch minder comfortabel maakt! Gemeld bij de verhuurder maar weinig actie ondernomen

The property was very spacious, with plenty of room for our family (5 adults and 1 toddler across the 3 bedrooms). The location is also brilliant, in a lovely part of Paris which I'd recommend anyone staying in. The hosts were communicative, access was simple, and instructions were clear.

The apartment wasn't stocked that well in terms of cooking equipment and crockery/glasses. There were only 2 tea/coffee mugs, and no wine glasses. No salt and pepper or other cooking basics either, which is frustrating to buy if you're only staying for 2-3 nights but not the end of the world. The biggest frustration was the large deposit taken by the company (over £1,000), and they didn't accept Amex for this. They said it wouldn't come from our account and would just be a 'holding' payment, but for my bank at least it did take the deposit amount from my account for the duration of the trip. The money was returned to my account, so no issues there, just a slightly frustrating part of the stay.

It was in a good location, lots of options for bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. The metro was walking distance and we were able to travel easily. The table space was good for big groups. Big kitchen and plenty of tableware.

One bathroom had mould, and all had motion sensor lights which meant using the toilet in the dark or waving your hand every 5 seconds. One toilet had a broken lock. One of the rooms had a broken blind. Only one/two bedrooms (these were connected so not separate) had AC.

No funcionaban los aires acondicionados.la luz de un baño contiguo a una habitación nunca se pudo apagar..bancos de madera emesa principal muy incómodos.
