About this house rental
Our rental is composed of two units in total with an area of 290 m2.
-A house and an apartment 4 minutes from the Jourdain metro line 11-and Botzaris metro line 7bis at the foot of the Buttes Chaumont park.
Ideal for company stays, small seminars, family or group meetings allowing you to work and be accommodated on site.
Air conditioning (splits) for the summer and central heating for the winter.
Our rentals are non-smoking accommodations and cannot be used in party rooms.

-The HOUSE and the DUPLEX apartment are located at the same address separated by the inner courtyard of the building, equipped with air conditioning (splits).

-HOUSE of 200 m2 on 4 levels with a living room and a veranda in the dining room, a kitchen, and toilet on the first floor, two large bedrooms on the 1st level with bathroom, bath, toilet and two large bedrooms on the 2nd level with shower room, laundry room wc, and a large basement converted into a living room and a part with beds.
In total 4 double beds, 7 daybeds single bed.
-A DUPLEX apartment
On two levels (3rd and 4th floors without elevator) with an area of 90 m2 with a capacity of 8 people composed of a first bedroom with 1 double bed and a daybed for one person, a second bedroom with 1 large round double bed and 2 single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. Total beds, so 6 double beds and 12 single beds
3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms
2 kitchens
1 veranda
4 shower rooms and 5 toilets.
Noise pollution is not tolerated.
possibility PARKING see on the website-Paris France parking.fr The air conditioning is recently installed, for respect of the environment the use is recommended from 24 degrees centigrade. Turn off while you are away please.
Replace furniture and dishes moved at the exit and turn off appliances.

Ladane was an excellent and accommodating host. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We needed to extend our stay by a few more days and she was extremely helpful in accommodating our request.

Nice property in an area of Paris that is not crawling with tourists. Great proximity to Butte de Chaumont which is a glorious park.
Also near fantastic market at Belleville.
It needs to be stressed that for groups booking both properties they do not directly interconnect and access is via a staircase and corridor which holiday makers share with resident Parisians so only considerate people should book this property.
