Great!

Loofa, razors, extra toothbrush…free access to a large washer and dryer. They thought of it all. Great experience!

I don’t think they could do anything about the raccoons that we spotted swimming in the pool at night. I think that just comes with being in Belize 😆

Overall a pleasant stay, despite the rain.

Excellent location and quiet

The rooms were a bit tight and the unnecessary connecting door to the next unit was not weatherstripped so big sound leak detracted from our privacy in an otherwise tranquil setting.

Would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach, with Alux supplied beach towels and chairs. 3 minute walk to a very good coffee shop and a restaurant that we really enjoyed. The kitchenette is very well equipped . We only spent 2 nights, but wish we stayed longer.

Exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend!

Gorgeous building and excellent location. The rooms are huge and I loved the high quality finishes and extra details throughout. I didn’t even realize there was a plunge pool but that was a wonderful addition. The staff were so kind. I wish we’d been able extend our trip and stay longer!

Better than expected.

Facilities exceeded expectations, all the little extras, like blender for smoothies, sealable containers for leftovers, coffee, spices, etc. beach chairs, towels and lockable safe. Staff was excellent and very responsive to all requests.

AC dripped condensation onto my pillow, just moved the bed away. Towel racks not anchored very well, pulled out of drywall. Mattress and pillows were firm. Surprised by cleaning fee, not on website. Some stair treads showing decay, need replacing.

The details in the accommodations were focused on meeting the needs of the guest. This we found very appealing and would love to back back and invite friends to stay at the property.

Parking for our vehicle was outside of the property which was a bit concerning for us.

Il faut savoir que dans cet hôtel aucune chambre n’est identique. Celle que nous avions, la N2, est petite et très sombre. Le prix est trop cher, mais à Placencia, spot pour les Américains, tout est très cher. Arrivant du Guatemala où les gens sont très chaleureux, nous avons eu un acceuil tout juste aimable, mais c’est une caractéristique du Bélize, culture de la distance sociale laissée par les Anglais
