O quarto é pequeno, mas bem funcional, atende bem as necessidades de duas pessoas. A decoração é muito bonita, tudo de muito bom gosto! Depois que você aprende como se locomover em Placencia, vai descobrir que o hotel está muito perto do píer e do centro (sidewalk). A comunicação por WhatsApp é prontamente respondida, os proprietários são gentis e atenciosos.
Não é exatamente um hotel! É o segundo andar de uma casa que foi transformado em seis suítes para alugar, então, não existe uma recepção, nem limpeza nos quartos. Tudo é conduzido pelos proprietários. As toalhas são de cor escura, difícil identificar se estão limpas.
