Overall we loved it apart from the niggles. Definitely would recommend.

We liked the spacious kitchen area and use the other reception room as a reading area. Having two parking places was very handy too. Masses of drinking glasses and cookery was helpfuland we liked the size of the towels!

We were surprised there were no basics like condiments and kitchen foil. The dryer on the washing machine took ages and there was no airer as an alternative. On the first day, the hot water was tepid but the heating was too hot!!

Great location and clean & comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable and functional. Not noisy despite next to main road. Excellent location for short walk into town and to the royal crescent.

Not a dislike, just saying - as per the description the car parking spaces are tight but appreciated!!

Overall a good spot

Great location (15 min walk to everything), comfortable beds, great sleeping options for different groups, large kitchen, impressively large TV, parking space at back of house.Good value for size of house.

Beds linen etc. was clean, but dishes, glass and cutlery all had either food remnants or lipstick on them. Everything had to be washed before use. Generally felt walls, doors and floors could have all done with a good clean. Heating didn't appear to be working in bedrooms, except for towel rails. But heating was very effect downstairs. Noise from a busy road/ poor double glazing meant the front bedroom (the largest) was too noisy to be used. Weird 'tapping' noise heard by everyone during the night - heating, dripping tap?? Cause could not be located. But despite all this we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a weekend with friends!

Great set up for a weekend away with a group of friends - plenty of communal space, well equipt kitchen, lots of bathrooms, and comfy beds. Just a few mintues walk into the centre of Bath. Free parking a bonus!

Single glazed windows made the master bedroom a bit draughty and noisy at night.

Everything was lovely except the shower in the bathroom only had one hole to let out water strangely so it was difficult to shower. Other than that it was a beautiful property.

It was warm and cosy close to town. It had everything you would need to cook and enjoy your stay.

Very good location for trips to the centre of Bath, made even better by having designated parking. We really enjoyed the nicely-decorated rooms which were all great for relaxation, especially the kitchen/dining room which offered an excellent space for family relaxation. The whole house was light, airy, and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rather than things which we didn’t like, it would have been beneficial to have a manual or handbook available to give guidance on how to use appliances, heating, etc. Additionally, the floor in the kitchen appeared to have been swept but could have done with a wash.
