We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We would stay here again!

Sandi Toes is a wonderful property. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels. The split bedrooms layout was perfect for our family, keeping the noisier teenagers away from the master bedroom.
Be sure to take toilet paper, kitchen size trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap with you as there is very little of these items supplied.
We did have a washing machine issue but the owner had it repaired the first business day.
This was our 2nd stay at Maravilla and we will definitely stay again.

The home itself was very cute and clean however we had a few issues. The home was listed to have an umbrella and beach toys for the beach but it had none. We called the rental office and they said they were in a locked closet and would send someone out. We never seen anyone the whole week. The home came with one beach towel. There also was no bbq grill. Our biggest complaint is that there was a security system that alerted someone everytime we got to the house. The red lights were lit up so we knew we were being watched. This was very unsettling to us and the listing did not mention anything about the security system. It was an invasion of privacy. To our knowledge there weren't cameras inside the home. Another huge downside is that no golf cart rentals are allowed in this neighborhood. The homeowner could own one and it be rented with the house, we as renters could not go rent one. Since it was a very long walk to the beach, the home should definitely have a golf cart because you won't find public parking for your vehicle. Not good for someone who just had a knee replacement. As mentioned, it's a cute place,just some things to consider when finding a beach house that suits your family.
