La Caleta House. Beautiful garden with olive trees, drive minutes from the beach.

Overall impressions: This is a fantastic property that is very clean, very well designed, very well equipped, very well built, and, best of all, super private and super secure. The walled-in "compound" makes it perfect for families with children or anyone with a dog as both cannot "escape" while playing. There is an electronic gate into the compound so one's car is easily and securely parked. This property is very well situated for exploring the Costa de la Luz. We based ourselves here to explore north (by car) as far as Sanlucar de Barrameda and Chipiona and south (by car) as far as Playa Bolonia (a piece of heaven!). With more time we could have included Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, and Tarifa into our explorations. We were glad not to miss Verez de la Frontera (a must see!). Maria Carmen and her daughter are fantastic hosts: attentive, accommodating, flexible, knowledgeable, experienced, delightful, and, most importantly, excellent communicators. As you can see, we have nothing bad to say about our stay at Casa Caleta. It is the best property we have ever rented.
