Take in the lush island greenery from your private courtyard and upper-level balcony at this two-story condo in the Hilton Head Beach Club Villas. This is a place for strolling to the ocean beach, swimming in the community pool, and relaxing at golden hour in the shade of palmettos.
In addition to boasting a swimming pool on its grounds, this condo sits a short walk from the beautiful beach. Within half a mile, you'll find Coligny Beach Park, Lowcountry Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, and all sorts of dining, shopping, services, and entertainment.
Step inside to find a two-level living space that has been thoughtfully updated, including a newer central air conditioning system that was installed in recent years. The first floor opens to a walled patio out back - the perfect spot for coffee on balmy mornings and evening barbecues on the gas grill.
Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, both a breakfast bar and an adjacent table for at-home dining, and a living room with a smart TV. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own smart TV to lull you to sleep and one with private balcony access. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My sister and I came here for a weekend away and we were very satisfied with our choice. This is an ideal location - an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bike rentals in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, comfy and cute condo. Would stay here again. We had some confusion regarding the location of the unit, but the property manager was very helpful in helping us resolve our issue.

Perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops at Coligny plaza. Very clean and I loved the private outdoor space!
